Petsecure is one of the most dishonest, greedy and unethical companies I have ever done business with. They constantly change their policies, prices (increased on a 4-6 month basis) and coverage, so that you don't know what is and isn't covered on your pet's plan. They withhold information (or put in such small print that no one could read it without a magnifying glass) and their first response is to deny payment on all legitimate claims. You must call them and argue you with them and put up with their bullying tactics before get some sort of refund, typically much less than what the plan calls for. Finally, they increase the costs of the plan, you personal portion and deductible as you pet ages - something which they do not inform people of at the outset. The cost inflation is so exorbitant that it is far cheaper to save the payment that you would make to them and pay for you bills yourself! The pet insurance company worth doing business with is Vet Insurance everything is up front and honest. Their plan is straightforward and most important they pay out without bullying or abusing the consumer.
