Dr. Felipe garcia accused me of seeing a dr I'd never seen before for meds. Discharged

I went to this moron for pain mgmt due to degenerative disc disease. The first thing he asked me was how my pain level was. I told him off the chart. He told me 'if that were true you'd be dead'. If I'd like to try Suboxone to get off pain meds. I asked him if I took them during withdrawl. He said no, after. Wrong. I looked it up. Not true. He gave me a 40mg dose of OXYCONTIN. I had never taken this before. It nearly killed me.
The next time I went in he accused me of seeing a dr. I'd never seen before. I called that dr. Just to make sure. I had had carpal tunnel 20 years ago. This dr. Worked with carpal tunnel. I indeed, not seen him. He let me look at a sheet of paper stating I had seen this dr. That supposedly from the state. I asked if I could have a copy. He said yes yet when I got to the front desk I was told it was illegal to have a copy. He also accused me of not of not having DDD because I didn't use an assistve device. I use my golf umbrella as a cane.
The man discharged me. This 'dr.' is a quack. He has labeled me as a 'seeker'.
He deals with people who can barely move, yet the chairs in his waiting room are so low to the ground it is impossible to sit in them. When I asked about it all he said was 'I get that question alot'. If you are looking for pain mgmt do not go to this man he is a quack!
