Tan Dallas Unethical Rip off Business Practices

This place sucks, beds dont work and are old and run down. This is a rip off business that runs shady deals. I never could get any color from the couple times i tanned. I asked to cancel my membership everytime I was there and they promised to lower my bill from 32 to 18 and never did but only they did raise it 38. What a way to make a customer happy. They lie to you and raise your rates. I sent several cancellations to the corporate only to get mean emails back from a wise guy named chris johnson who simply argued with me and never would help me or confirm he would cancle me instead he only wanted to tell me that I couldnt cancel without providing a 30 day notice which i did several times. It was even in the email he sent me, he was a total loser and jerk off to argue with me about what i wanted and my money. These guys belong in jail not running a business. Im confident they will get whats coming to them and will be filing civil charges agaisnt the buisiness later this week for them to tell me they are going to continue to rip me off and not give my money back is unacceptable when i have not been in the place of business for several months and have been trying to cancel. This business is a total rip off and do not go there unless you enjoy being ripped off by several d*che bags.
