Tan Dallas No Tan in Run Down Office - Owners & Managers Argue and refuse to cancel and refund membership!

Was heading to Mexico and needed a quick base tan so stopped in only to be ripped off rotally once again by a local business. This place is a joke and the tanning beds are all old and hardly working. The fans hardly blow or cool you off and after laying in the bed for 17 minutes and going home the next day I was red on the back and white as a ghost on the front. The beds are horrible and dont tan correctly. Tried to cancel my account from day one and just got the run around, went back a month later and tried to cancel again they then promised to lower my bill to 18 dollars half of what i paid just to keep some money flowing in for them and they charged me more than what I was paying, now they charged me 38 dollars, it went up not down for somehting i never use and if i did use it the tan sucked. I sent several cancellation to the corporate office just to hear back from the really retarded owner named Chris Johnson and he was the dumbest box of rocks I ever talked to. He simply wanted to argue with me and tell me I couldnt cancel when i clearly can do what i want with my money. I ahve a long email chain where he tires to deny my cancelation till it ende with me threating to call the polioce on his bad faith conduct and practices. This is no business you want to deal with and should be shut down, companies like this do not deserve to be in business. I will post this horrible expereince all over the internet, sue this company, and have it shut down. Businesse owners like this belong in jail and deserve to have criminal charges filed on them!!! Total rip off here at park cities tan in dallas at frankford and the toll way... dont do business here!!!
