We love this software! We have patient reminders via email and text which our customers have been asking for, for a long time. We can see the Dr. Schedule for a week at a time and the billing is 'scrubbed' and we get an email saying if there was problem within hours of e-filing. Everything is electronic so we have eliminated the paper mess. We are paid faster and are paid more because of the scrubbing that tells us we are missing things. Our patients love it because they can schedule online in the privacy of their cubicle.
