Fraud and deseptive selling

I ordered a herbal vaporizer from thier website for 215.00. Upon arrival i noticed the factory seal on the carton was open. II took the unit and owners manual out of the carton. After reading the manual, it said to plug the unit in and run it with out any attachments. I plugged it in and nothing happened. The unit would not power up. I checked the web site and it gave an email address for returnes. I have sent numerous emailes with no response at all. Its like they dont exist. I checked where my 200.00 dollars went and a inkjet refill business got my money. I checked their web site and sent them emails and they also do not respond. I noticed superficial scratches on the unit. Ithink they must buy defective units from another co and sell them over the internet. I also looked in the owners manual to find parts in case i had to eat my 200.00 but that web site is a fraud too. I orderd my vaporizer for a serious medical condition and i dont have 200.00 to buy a new one so i guess ime the one who suffers.
