Discrimination against service

This afternoon, my son had an appointment at dentist office. My son was taken to a waiting room. My wife was with my son and two assistant Doctors approched my wife. Both checked my son and there were no explanations on wether he is ok or we are going to do some xrays. Nothing was explained. My wife just received a notice explaining that my son was not cooperating with no explanation. She was given a not that he is referred to some other doctor because my son did not cooperate.

No explanation what so ever.
