A thief by any other name is still a theif

I employed Mr. Joe Redmond to create a pop up alert on a program that I have written, 4 months ago. We agreed to a price of $500 and I paid him via paypal, and he said it would take about two weeks to do. About 3 weeks into the project he notified me that it would take about another week to finish as he hit a "little bump". Then 3 weeks later still no program so I emailed him, and he replied that he was having a problem with it.
So he said that it would be a little while longer. That was 2 months ago. I have not heard from him and oh yes I got him from a company called LIME WIRE, who washes their hands if anyone complains about the people that they list as "professionals".

I have contacted my attorney and we are going to sue him for theft, grand larceny, as this program is a medical database called an EMR and has a value of over $40,000 (it is a patient management system as well...)

Stay clear of this phony, liar, thief, fraud. Run don't walk away from him and what ever you do "don't pay him"... Thanks...
