Taking $ from account, cancelling insurance

I recently became entitled to Medicare, and therefore requested try to stop my strategy effective 3/1. They got cash from my bank account for that weeks of January and February but terminated my strategy effective 1/1. On April 21, I approached them by telephone about that, and was certain they'd deliver back the two weeks rates.By May 24 they've not done so. I then found out concerning the termination once they refused cost to get a mammogram in January and delivered an EOB declaring used to do not need insurance on that day. Our agent is having no fortune in calling them-and I've not had the opportunity to obtain to them by telephone since April.
