Defective TV's

I purchased an Apex digital Tv for $250.00 in 8/08 and it died in 9/09. I called their customer service and they said I could send it to them, pay $50 and they would service it. I searched the web and found many, many complaints for these defective TV's.

Apex knowingly manufactures defective digital TV's that break sometimes after only 6 weeks!

I believe they are knowingly creating obsolete electronics which may end up in landfills. I do know that many people like me are out of a lot of money thanks to this defective set by Apex.

I do not want other consumers to buy from this company.
