Did not stop charging my credit card after I canceled my membership!

Palm Beach Tan Salons are horrendous rip off agents. The only way you can sign up is to give your credit card, and then when you stop your membership they continue to charge your account.

I cancelled my membership in May and finally in April got them to stop charging my credit card. It was only $27 a month but when you multiply that over 11 months it was money that I could have spent on other expenses.

In August I went into the store, made the employee sign a copy of my letter cancelling the account again and completed their cancellation form again. Yet it was 8 months later before I got them to stop charging my card.

I am going to bring this up with the Better Business Burea and my State Attorney General.

Hope that this stops someone from going to their location - they practice illegal, immoral and dishonest business!
