I am going right through THE SAME as a lot of others have published. I requested the "test" on 4.2.2010. I browse the "fine-print" within the conditions portion of the web site and recognized the 10-morning tril starts whenever you spot the purchase - NOT whenever you obtain it!

I called customer support on 4.9.2010 at 2:36pm CST and talked to Miles Danielle.
