I was charged the full price for the product before I received it instead of the trial price

On March 5, I put an order online to get a teethwhitening program to get a test cost of $5.95. On March 16 I observed a cost to my bank account for $2.62 and $87.47. After I investigated the costs, I came across that it had been for that teeth bleaching program that I'd requested on March 5. Nevertheless, by that day, March 16, I'd not acquired the merchandise. On March 17, I approached the organization, Actually Brite, to ask why I had been billed the entire cost for that product rather than the test cost as well as advised them that I still hadn't acquired the merchandise. I had been advised I had been billed the entire cost for that item since I did not react within five times of putting the purchase. I find this completely obsurd since the point-of an effort interval would be to attempt the merchandise... Used to donot possess the product to test it. Additionally, after I obtained the product there is no bill or any kind of paperwork within the cover using the item.
