Over Billing Customers

Western Dental Is a compaqny that over charges there customer also they send collection letters with outrages late charges my understanding is that when you enter a contract late charges are stated in the contract. My balance was 30.00 the late charges were 25.00. The balance on my account was paid and I received a letter for additional charges they try to intimidate you by saying that if you don't pay it will be reported to the credit rating companies. I think this company should be inves. Tigated if this was done to me most likely was tried on other customers
