Nbs proshopfit ca charged my credit card somehow without me knowing

I went to check my bank account and found a random charge of $29.95 for this company. A company I have NEVER heard of and never visited before. Somehow they managed to get my credit card information and charged my account. Their site doesn't have a phone # go figure, so I found an email address that I hope to hear back from. I'm assuming that they don't list their #, so people can't reach them and finally just give up. Well I refuse to give up and will not allow them to take advantage of me. If anyone has a contact # for PROSHOPFIT.com I would really appreciate it!
