Illegal ripoff thieves

I never have been to their website, I don't know how they got my information, but when I went to buy groceries and my card got rejected for being overdrawn, I checked my account and found over $250 charged to triple advantage and Credit Report, twice a month each, $12.95 twice a month for triple advantage and $24.95 twice a month for Credit Report, for about 6 months totalling over $250.
I called to find out what it was and to get my money back from their ILLEGAL THEFT from my account...
They said they can't do refunds
They didn't know any names of supervisors
They were NOT ALLOWED to give the name of anyone in charge or the owner of the company
They were NOT ALLOWED to give any contact information other than PO BOX and their useless phone number where I was put on hold over 5 times, each time because they didn't know or were NOT ALLOWED to give out their information

I would love if there was a class action suite against these people because I had to borrow money to buy groceries for my family because they STOLE from me, and would not return what was ILLEGALY taken. I never went to them, I never gave permission to charge me for anything, and for over $250 taken from me, I have never received anything from them.
I would still be getting charged if I did not check my account to find out why I was overdrawn.
