Loss of personal health insurance

I started coverage 8/01/09, with substantial discussions with broker showing my protection, including prescription medicine. After issues with the prescription medication card and accessibility to medications, I've obtained a notice declaring that my protection ended on 1/01. When I am handicapped, and home bound, used to do not obtain this notice before end of April. I'm not able to reach my postoffice package frequently.

They cut me off before I'd been coated for 1 5 years. I actually do have pre existing problems, that they repeatedly assured me wasn't an issue and could be protected.
