Charged my Visa account for something that I have no idea what - 3 times

I'd requested an example item from the Organization so when it arrived within the email another item was delivered with it. I'd obtained NO PAPERWORK of any sort, no description. Subsequently on my Credit declaration I'd a $19.95 cost. I forgot to check on this first cost out and on my next declaration I acquired another cost for $19.95. I named the Organization - NBS*PROSHOPFIT and questioned what these 2 costs were for. I never received something out of this Organization and that I had ended any costs from my first test I'd required from another Organization. I had been informed this Organization had named me (I've an unpublished number) and E. Shipped me. I had been also informed the phone visited voice-mail and also the E. Email visited "spam". I told this consultant that I needed these costs off my consideration which I never requested something from their store or did I keep in touch with or E. Send anybody out of this Organization. I had been informed they might just credit the following cost - that will allow it to be their next $19.95 cost on my bill. I required they credit my consideration entirely which was a RIP-OFF. I had been subsequently provided a verification quantity of ROA15529907 for several three costs. I simply got my Charge declaration it exhibits just one $19.95 credit.
