Not yet talked to anyone-can only call M-F 9-5 Mountain Time (first notification received Saturday 3/27/10) did not order UltraSlim XS

First communication dated March 24 received March 27 (Saturday) stating I must pay for UltraSlim XS as part of my risk free trial ($108.95) which is extortion as I've never ordered it (stated my card was declined... Never given my card #) and stating that if I don't contact them within 10 days it will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. I have no idea why I'm being contacted but I do work for an attorney in Atlanta therefore, I will weigh my options. Their # at Healthy Online Services is 1-877-537-2434...
