Well as read here i see how many people are receiving these letters about an outstanding balance of $133.93. Well i thought they wouldnt go to a collection agency but they have. I got a letter today from Tiburon Financial. Now the number on the letter is not the number to call. If you get this letter you call 402-996-2219. Ask to speak from someone in account services. They called me back quickly and the guy was very nice about it. I told him once i got through to the client healthy online industry they told me i was already charged for the bottle i received. He then asked me very confused if i was sent another bottle and i told him no i was not. He then told me he was going to send this back to the company and the debt was now in dispute. It was easy and painless. So if any of you get this letter just call the number i listed.
