I paid 6,00.00 for a breast procedure and was left deceived, mislead, unsatisfied, and a cup size smaller than before and he could care less because he blew me off

My left breast implant deflated and I had to go in for a replacement of both implants. I had my first breast augmentation in 1997, unfortunately my right breast deflated a year later and I had to replace it. I was satisfied with the quality of care I received on these prior surgeries and had confidence that my third surgery, which was necessitated by the deflation of my left implant will equally be satisfactory. I couldn't have been more wrong as Dr. Tebbetts switched my implants from saline to silicone without informing me that by doing so my breast size which were 36C will end up being a cup size smaller. I'm now a 36B, yet before surgery I made it explicitly clear to Dr. Tebbetts and his staff that I was very concern and particular about maintaining my breast size at a full 36C, perhaps a little bigger but nothing less. They assured me that they could switch my breast implants from saline to silicone and still maintain my breast size (something which I was very adamant about). This assurance was obviously not kept and I'm very unhappy about being a cup size smaller than I was.
My displeasure is exacerbated by the fact that I spent $6,000 for the surgery, plus missed wages of $3,700 as I had to take a month off from work. So, I had an implant replacement procedure that cost me nearly $10,000 yet my breast are smaller than they were before, defeating the whole point of breast augmentation. I raised this concern to Dr. Tebbetts and his staff, but they turned out to be completely arrogant and unresponsive to my post surgery concerns. Specifically, his staff told me that I should go shop for new bras, yet they had pocketed my $6,000. Worse, I mentioned to them that I'm having to see a therapist and I was on medication as a consequence of their substandard care, which had cost me nearly $10,000 and now I had to find another $6,000 and take a month off work to rectify their mistake that they have refused to take responsibility for, but they told me that my issue was nothing to be depressed over as there are people dying of breast cancer.
I would like to be refunded the entire amount I paid for the surgery, $6,000 to have my breast implants redone right.
