Indemicare they sold me a healthcare policy on Fevruary 25, as of March 15th i have not received insurance cards or anything from them dispite the fact they took $193.00 from my bank account!

On Feb. 26,12010 I was contacted by phone about health insurance from a co. That calls themselves Congressional Health Care. At which time the salesperson convince me that I could get health insurance from them at a reduced price. He told me that I had just made it under the wire and would be accepted with pre-existing conditions.

I gave him my debit card number and the funds were tsken out of my bank account on March 1. I have since had my debit card number changed.

I have yet to receive any insurance cards from them. I have called them about ten times, and was put on hold and hung up on most times. If I did talk to someone, they would tell me my package was in the mail and I would receive it in a few days. No package has arrived. I did receive a solicitation from them trying to sell me another policy from their Indemnicare division for car accident insurance. This seemed strange, as NY is a no fault state.

The last call I made I was refered to "direct connection" Phone number 1-786-393-5689. I was put on hold for a short time when a girl with a very shar Indian accent answered. She told me they were having problems with the packets and they would arrive in about four days. I complained that I could not use their services for the first two weeks and wanted a refund, of which she said would be forwarded to me in seven days. Of coarse i told her i did not believe her!
