Great Western Health Care Fraud to Cause Massive Financial and Emotional Depletion

After months since a nearly fatal injury and years of paying an ever increasing monthly premium, American Republic aka Great Western Health Insurance has refused payment of the simplest claims. They have refused to pay the ambulatory transport stating that it is outpatient service. The most ambiguous of all treatment and policy fraud is that they refuse to represent us with regard to the many claims the hospital demands payment of that they should cover. Statements such as "unknown" charges of which us, the consumer, should have no part of and yet they have left us in the middle. Credit is threatened and we've been left no choice but to cover the thousands of dollars in what should not be left on our heads. This was a life threatening, near death accident and to have to yet have to deal with a fraudelent insurance company and the financial wreck it is to leave us in is devastating
