The worst insurance. We were not sold complete policy and they will not pay claims

They are the worst insurance co. Out there. We were not sold the complete policy, the outpatient ambulatory care, (our agent told us we had everything) and for $900.00 per month for 3 people you would think that you would have everything. When we found out that we did not have the outpatient ambulatory care and applied for it they denied us saying we have pre-existing diagnoises and will not sell us that rider. We have paid out way more than anyone should that has insurance.

Now, our daughter is going to have surgery on her wrist due to a fall and we have had to pay for the MRI and Bone Density Scan since they fall under the outpatient ambulatory care rider. We do have the accident rider, the one that pays up to $1800.00, even though she has not used all of the $1800.00 they would not even pay on the MRI due to it being done past the 45 days of the injury. We are looking REALLY HARD for another insurance. I do not recommend them to anyone. I just read in PEOPLE magazine last night about 2 claims, among many, they had against them. Now that is a national magazine, what does that say about their company??!!!
