I am also a victim of this company. I received the same letter as everyones here claiming I owe them money, when in fact I canceled my product months ago and it had already been charged to my credit card. They claim my account is still active but I have not received any product for 5 months. I have the cancelation numbers and everything and they still claim I owe them money.
I have tried to call the company numerous times and I get cut off every time when my waiting period is up.
I feel at this point that I am going to turn this letter over to the states attorney and let them handle this company. There has to be a way to get these people to stop harassings individuals.
