Two (2) Perscription Mishaps

In December the drugstore suggested on the call-in order that I had been to go to my physician before completing my blood pressure medicine. After verification of my go to the drugstore stuffed a perscription and since I had been sick my partner picked it-up, I got this medication for three (3) months prior to the drugstore named my house and my work to recommend me they offered me another personis medicine. I got the container of medication for them plus they recommended me the additional medication wasn't likely to harm me and offered me a $25 giftcard... At the most effective if this month (Feb), I'd togo through the exact same process and was handed the incorrect hypertension medicine - that we required for around per month before understanding from my doctor that it also was the incorrect medication. Our physician recommended me the drugstore sent a record which was released in I informed the physician that I thought he was reducing my medicine when I had no idea that which was happening accepting the drugstore needed to be 100% PROPER when coping with the client existence. I'll question every purchase as time goes on and wish these errors don't have any negative impact on my health.in informing the pharmacy specialists of the fresh error they explained that it had been my obligation to call-in the right order... I told them this was a physical call-in order, used to do not talk to anyone, simply offered the amount suggested about the container. The specialists subsequently explained the physicians office OK'ed the purchase. I told them the purchase descends from the drugstore and they submitted a 2008 missive towards the workplace. I subsequently questioned why they'd keep 2008 info because itis obsolete and really should be taken off their documents.
