Ripoff The company does not care about the locations or the patrons

I signed a one year membership on 3/31/03 for the Desert Ridge, Arizona location. I paid by check in full at the time of signing. Only 2 months later the location closed its doors because they could not pay their rent. 2 weeks later they ended up re-opening only to close there doors less than two months later on August 22. I only used 3 months of my one year membership.

I asked corporate for a refund and was told by their customer service representative Barbara Dunn that the corporate office does not support their frnachises and that I was quote "Out of Luck" and wouldn't receive a refund.

The company does not care about the locations or the patrons. They took their 10 or 20% of my membership fee when I first joined and could care less about the fact that they owe me for all of the months I will not be able to use. The franchise owners filed for bankruptcy and have taken all of the equipment with them.

Do not sign up with this company ever! They do not care about its members!
