Missing Benefit

I first bought my lifetime insurance plan from JC Penney Lifeinsurance in 1993. It had been an entire life plan costing an inexpensive cost $13.34 monthly. Using the advantage of building cash-value. JCPenney Existence turned Stonebridge Life Insurance.

I recently approached Stonebridge Existence who provides lifetime guidelines plus they all record having building cash-value like a gain. I've an entire life plan, however it doesn't develop cash-value. How is it feasible that my plan that's lifetime doesn't develop cash-value. I spoke to 2 reps plus they both explained the same, no cash-value. I can not support that I secured in to the low-rate 16 years back. After 16 years, even when I needed to submit it'd get me significantly less than $400. Exactly why is it that my lifetime plan doesn't earn money/mortgage worth? Like I mentioned it had been previously JCPenney Lifeinsurance. It is a little plan significantly less than $20,000. Can somebody tell me why or who to get hold of apart from the client support. They attempted to market me more insurance, I actually donot believe so.
