Misrepresentation & refusal to refund costs

I also was cheated by Birthplace Healthcare. I had been informed that each necessity that I'd was lined. I had been also informed that there could be no "pre existing problems". Our bill was debited $253.95. After I attempted to contact to stop, the agent stated it had been all looked after and could be terminated. After I really insisted on speaking with that division. I had been informed that it might not be terminated by telephone. Easily hadnot insisted on speaking together, I'd have now been tricked again.

They're con artists and misrepresent simply to obtain the original charge. I'm still looking to get my reimbursement, despite the fact that I've not applied the insurance.
