Overcharging after insurance payment

I went to their office a few days ago. They were rude when I would not commit to almost $2000.00 in charges or dentures. They were selling me on financing at 13.90% apr. When I would not sign up ffor these charges, they had me sign a refusal form.

I called my insurance company to find out what they allowed for several services. I found the charges they had quoted me were very inflated, and the insurance told me Aspen cannot charge me over what is allowed for the services they perform.

When I told Aspen I had been overcharged they said it is my responsibility to pay the difference. I tried to tell them I was only responsible for what the insurance agreement says is my responsibility. All the charges were fraudulent. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. I also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.
