Double Check The APR on your Contracts

I can't believe I was duped, guilted, bullied... Whatever descriptor you'd like to use. I was not furnished a copy of the contract. However, I do recall that the APR or annual percentage rate seemed to be wrong, (I work in finance) I have since asked for a copy of the contract, and they have failed to comply.in short, IL law requires that the signor receive a contract at the time it is signed. The APR and associated charges must be fully disclosed. *Here's the Important Part People* If the APR is not correct and fully disclosed, the contact may not be legally binding. You can test the APR on your contract on almost any finance calculator on the net. The IL Department of professional Regulation/department of consumer finance would be the regulatory body that oversees Truth In Lending agreements, etc. That are used in conjunction with their personal training scam. Hope this helps someone. If you do choose to use this "card" approach the corporate office/legal department, not the gym manager. You'll get faster results.
