They have not refunded my money after I sent the trial offer back

I ordered the colo pure and the acai pure the trial offers, one was $1.99 and the other was $4.99. I could not take them after about 6 days so i sent them back. But only after they had taken $120.00 out of my checking account. They told me when i called the that i was suppose to read the stipulations, well i could not send them back certified mail (more money from me) because they made me have an over draft that i got charge for both items so that was $40.00 more out of my account.

I have been waiting for three months to get my money back and when i call them they tell me they don't know why the bank in the uk has not refunded my money yet. I think they need to be held accountable to everyone who ordered from them.
