Cost of shipping in order to get you credit card number or bank account Internet

Yes I seen there ad on TV to get a list of auctions in your area of police sieged cars and it did not state you would have to give any personal information definetly not credit card or bank account number. So I took the number down and called. I was treated friendly and told it would be a $1.99 shipping charge for the list (it did not state that in the commercial) I said fine and I would pay upon delivery.

I was shocked I could not recieve this with out giving a credit card number or checking account number. And was told it was for credit check. I went to a few of Rick's seminars in Muskogee and learned I should not give out any information such as this. But I think it is a scam to receive personal information.
