Changed the Pay Plan AGAIN... When Tom is said to make 1.5 million a year and Kim $229k, are they getting a pay increase?

Wow! Its always sad when a company is in the "used to be" category.in saying this I am meaning it "used to be" a great place to work. Have you ever heard the expression "If ain't broke, don't fix it?" I am wondering what is broke at AmMed Direct. We all know it isn't Tom' pockets earning about $1.5 million per year. It's not even Kim's pockets earning about $229,000 per year. (Or so reports tell us.)
