Terrible place to work (sales)

I have been working with this company for a year and this place is a joke. I was hired as a sales rep and every since I have worked there we have exceeded sales goals for diabetic supplies.in this year we have had our pay plan changed 5 times in one year, for the past few weeks (holiday bonus check) we havent been making anything so that management can figure out what to change the pay plan to AGAIN. While they were trying to figure it out their employees werent making anything. Now it has been reduced to less than half of what I was showed in my initial interview. I turned down several jobs to take this crappy job because of the comp plan and I wish that they would have been honest with their new employees. It seems that every employee there wants to walk out the door. Now the paycheck that I am going to receive to buy Christmas presents for my family equaled $0 for the month, thanks AmMed Direct for screwing your employees, while our GM and Director pull in their 6 figure salaries in their huge homes. So my point is DO NOT GO TO WORK HERE. This is the worst managed company that I have ever seen and they will screw you over every chance they get.
