Conexis is undoubtedly and absent the TOUGHEST organization I've ACTUALLY handled. This past year whenever we first closed up for Cobra after I quit my work after my next infant - they NEVER did deliver us the documents within the email to sign up - I named daily for just two months to obtain them to send them in my experience - even while they're informing me to hold back and they were shipped... I really couldnot afford to hold back considerably longer since you just get 3 months aftger they send them to register. So that they inform me to register on-line - it's not going to I would like to past site 3 of 8 - and so I contact and also to this I obtain a reaction that it should be my pcs... And so I named my father in another city and also have him try-on his computer also it did the same - and so I highly doubt it had been my pc. And so I contact again and that I create a boss fax over our registration. Therefore we ultimately get registered for that rest of 2008. Subsequently for 2009 - it got them months to deliver it in my experience and that I again named daily until I acquired it - was informed I really could not do that on online. Therefore - I didfinally understand this one within the email and sent it back AND shipped it back exactly the same time. I selected Perspective and Medical for my partner, myself and 3 children... in FEB - I happened to check on our online insurance consideration that exhibits refined statements etc. I had been checking for just how much we'd invested - and that I noticed REFUSED for my toddler children 4-month appointment - no protection was the main reason. I went downstairs and looked over my documents and Gabi was pay and examined on my linen for medical and perspective aswell. It had been night and so I needed to delay after which I named them each morning and Conexis stated they delivered my type to BCBS also it was a mistake on the finish. I named BCBS they stated they never got the document from Conexis - that will be BS since the selection type is just 2 websites thus in order for them to possess the 4 people included and never my infant is bigus everything arrived on a single document - I used the following 3 times calling and calling till they decided to refax the types around and BCBS subsequently did revise Gabi and that I needed to call-back simply because they hadn't completed thus retroactively - and so I needed to contact CONEXIS again to possess them send proof back from January 1st... Absurd.

SO - this season I began early requesting yearly registration since I understand my organization that I used-to work with does it mid-October. I named in March and somebody at Conexis explained that I'd need to contact my previous company for all those types... I told him which wasnot right and he explained that's what his "linen" stated - and so I hung-up on him and named back and got another person who explained that yes they'd come the very first week of Nov. Therefore by November 20th I'm only a little antsy - I contact again - they stated they'd been delivered - I provide it a couple of days - I eventually start a criticism case - I get An answer asing for more information - I provide it and lo and see she did deliver me my material via secure e-mail - I stuffed it out and delivered it straight back via fax and email again - I named 3 nights later to ensure they recd it plus some fool confirmed for me personally that "yes your 2008 have been recd..." for this I shed my mood - It's nearly December - why the heck might I be verifiying 2008! Therefore she did even more examining and indeed they recd 2009. I created her study everything in my experience to ensure they got all of the children outlined. Everything looked excellent! 2 nights later I obtain a voicemail - sorry maam your types will not be approved. And so I named immediately and questioned what which was about - i think it is unusual they informed me they didn't understand what the voicemail had stated and so I chose to confirm they'd recd the types again - this time around they stated they NEVER delivered them in my experience... I screamed in to the telephone that I really could deliver a forward in the e-mail they delivered me earlier that week. So they backtrack and state that was the incorrect type and really should never been delivered. And so I request once the proper one is likely to be - aso you may imagine I named 5 more occasions before I acquired it - along with a boss "Jerri" stated that the moment she got the types from my previous organization that she'd send and e-mail them in my experience. I named her everyday for 5 times and every single day she'd have somebody tell me that she was "checking for me personally daily" I named on Friday December 4th and got a woman who stated she'd deliver an email towards the acct mgr to obtain me these types from Nationwide... I called back on Wednesday and another representative explained these were delivered on that Friday!!! Ugh - and so I request to keep in touch with Jerri becuase used to do not obtain the fax or mail she'd guaranteed that she'd been "checking for" daily - what BS - and also the repetition I requested stated "administrators do not consider telephone calls" and that I stated nicely that's fascinating since I spoke to her a week ago - today I would like to speak with her. I reported to Jerri by what the repetition stated and he or she blew it off - then I questioned why I had been not sent or sent... She blew that down and stated "nicely I will send them today" and she did. But no obligation is obtained due to their LIES. And so I instantly send, e-mail and send it in (for that report these types so far as the protection were no distinctive from the very first types) after which I named 24 hours later to determine if obtained - these were but would not be updated for some time about the system-so I really could purchase Jan... And so I offered a couple of days - called back plus some repetition stated they'dnot actually been delivered to the acct mgr to key so the program actually might be updated... And so I requested to keep in touch with Jerri - she was "hectic" but I can Speak with Danielle - who stated she'd deliver a req to obtain it refined hurry also it could be twenty four hours before updated to my acct but mightn't display about the program for 3 times. AND SO I simply named nowadays and lastly got to Danielle after keeping permanently and he or she informs me that she never stated it'd be twenty four hours. She stated she got a contact back in the acct mgr who stated he'd just key them within the purchase he recd them (it'snot my problem he's simply finding quarry - I'd did it in March - had they not screwed-up) and I informed her this and he or she stated nicely I will deliver him another req - which can be ineffective since she'd discovered recently that he was not likely to get it done and not allow me to realize that. And so I have today requested to keep in touch with her mgr and got her voicemail and am presently awaiting a call-back - they're LOSING period that's useful in my experience - I believe they allow it to be challenging purposely so folks forget after which drop protection - nicely I GAINED"T FORGET!!!
