I take advantage of a CPAP device through Apria. Within the last 3 months I've had a couple contact me and have basically desired something for my CPAP. Both moment I told them I required a brand new hide, head-band and line. I never received them or perhaps a follow-up phone. I received a statement from their store which was dated 10-20-09, shipped on 11-11-09 and that I did not receive until 12-08-09. Five nights later (such as the weekend) I received another notice declaring I am 30-60 days late in spending them.
