Incorrect billing practices and horrible customer service

Apria is really horrible, and that I believe they and my former rest counselor might have cheated me. The rest counselor explained that my insurance provider was requiring that I currently get all cpap equipment through Apria. Our insurance provider later explained they stated no such issue. Apria can also be incorporating costs to my consideration that my insurance provider has explained they're "100% certain" I don't owe. Apria won't return my calls. After I have gotten to somebody, I've been "inadvertently" disconnected or simply moved onto an answering device which no body reacts to. I proceed to obtain harassing telephone calls from callcenters in India about my supposed statement. Don't cope with the corporation.
