Signed up for free sample of Premiere Whitening product, was only to pay postage. Never got sample just product now for three consecutive months at 58$ a month. Tried to contact company using Phone number that they post on my Card Transaction and it calls Patric AirForce base in Florida. I cannot find a way to stop these people from billing me every month, I am going to change my Debit Card because of this and hope somehow they can't continue then send me to collections. They leave no way to contact them.
