Disappearing Vaccines

Was told on numerous occasions -over a week period - that my vaccines were in fact "shipped". Only to be told by the same gentleman that they in fact had not been shipped and would not be shipped until the following week.

I detest being lied to. I didn't have weeks to wait to give my puppy her shots, and I was not in the mood for this company's smoke and mirrors routine. I would speak to the same representative literally, about 10 times who acted as if he never spoke to me before.

I highly recommend that you do not order from this company as I am sure we only experienced a small example of what they probably do on a regular basis -half truths and word tap dancing.

I canceled the order, needless to say and will be issuing a chargeback if the monies are not applied to my account in the next few days.

Go somewhere else for your pet products and save yourself the bulls*t.
