Blindsparts.com fails to provide refunds and customer service

On 8/13 I placed an order on Blindsparts.com for two parts. Seven days later my product was finally shipped to me.

On 8/24 I shipped out the one part I did not need. I patiently waited for two weeks before placing a phone call to follow up. On the first follow up call I was told "we get so much mail it's unbelievable" "I'm sure it's here and we'll process your refund right away".

I felt confident that in fact would happen, yet it didn't. One week later I place another call and spoke to a different gentleman. He tells me that he's going to make it a priority and look into it. He also said that if I didn't hear back from him that day, I'd definitely here back from him the next day. Needless to say I heard nothing.

One week after that! I sent an email that went unresponsive. I simply asked when I could expect this refund. I also asked them to put themselves in my shoes. Who is willing to wait patiently for 4 weeks for a refund?

One week after that I filed a report with the BBB. To this date (10/8) I have yet to see a credit issued to my account. Nor have I received a phone call or email in regards to my frustrations.
