911 Dispatch for patient with new onset seizure who was unconscious. Wife was present and requested that I, the patient, be transported to Southern Hills Hospital, which was approximately 1/2 mile from residence. Paramedic denied request and took patient to Spring Valley Hospital over 6 miles from residence.
