I changed careers and Individual stated I'd obtain a box to get a State-Of Extension on my coverage of health. I completed the info to carry on my coverage of health and delivered it in. Humana obtained the box four times later and explained they might not approach my software till they obtained the advanced cost. I delivered them the advanced payment and today nearly three months later Humana claimes they do not have the cost.

I am sure Humana has got the cost and it is keeping it so that they do not have to pay for the statements for that previous 6 months.
