They said they would pay my debt took money out of checking account and paid none of my bills

My husband had surgery and insurance only covered 60% so that left us with over 10000 to pay. They said they would go to court for us and didnt. So the hospital and doctors started taking it out of my husbands check weekly. They were also going to pay on our large credit card and they never paid a thing. Now we are in alot of trouble. They took out 365.00 from our checking account for 10 months and we got nothing from them. Called and they said we did not have enough in escore account. Which they never told us anything about. Just out all that money and are now really in big trouble. My husband had to take out of his 401-k plan to pay medical bills. Now the credit card companies are after is all thanks to Allegro Law. What can we do?
