Ulticare Insurance
They have ruined our credit! They claim insured people are not covered so they don't have to pay the high bills! Ripoff

In March My husbands work started offering Ulticare Insurance.in September my husband was injured.in November my husband was having major heart problems. We went through all the proper protocal with Ulticare (he went to their hospitals, their doctors, their specialists). Suddenly we were receiving bills from the Dr.'s and Hospital, and clinic saying that Ulticare wasn't paying them. He contacted Ulticare to see why they were not paying.

Their claim: He was never checked off as eligible on their computer system. WHAT!?!? He paid them for 9 months and they never had him as eligible? Another worker is going through the same problems. We have come to find out that BEFORE the insurance company signed his work up with their insurance, they went bankrupt. Now I am having extreme difficulty getting them on the phone. The number I have for them has mysteriously been redirected to another company that has never heard of them. Now these bills are on my husbands credit report as delinquint.

Also doctors are dropping Ulticare as insurance they are willing to work with left and right. The only hospitals that are left are Annapolis and Garden City, both of which are unsanitary and deplorible. (A Garden City Hospital ER nurse broke a needle off in my husbands skin and then put more medicine in him causing him to become violently sick.

If anyone is having troubles with this insurance please let me know of any lawsuits or any info that could help us and the many others that have been RIPPED-OFF by Ulticare!
