I have ordered from this company online, several times, no problem. Received the wrong item this last time. The invoice clearly stated the correct item but some odd sports sunscreen was substituted. I emailed with complete information, invoice # etc., but NO REPLY. I called customer service and went on a long term hold with elevator music. Tried calling the operator, same deal. Tried calling the order line, got a live person, TWICE. As soon as the operator realized, within four or five of my words, that I needed help, was rudely switched back to the NO answering customer service line, without a word from the order person. I will not spend any more time on this as it is not worth it. They are a great company until they make a mistake, then they are too busy to take care of business. Will not order again.
