I placed an order on November 25 in the amount of 30.00 After 9 days the site said my order was "still processing" at which point i began trying to contact customer service, but to no avail. No answers through the web form and no help from the sales number.
I did do some investigating and found that the person whom the domain is registered to also has 351 additional domain names registered. And a google search of the person's name finds that they are the CEO of Naturalist.com.
If you go to that site there is only general merchandise but the top and bottom of the site are exactly the same as mothernature.com. I am going to try to contact this person but i have a feeling it will be a dead end also. This company should be ashamed. They take your money then you are on your own and may or may not get what you ordered.
