Smoking everywhere
Electronic cigarette.com Free trial, not so free. Plus fraudulent charges

Health & Medicine

I ordered the free trial for $9.99 and I never received it. I tried calling and emailing them but was unable to get ahold of anyone and didn't receive and email reply. I called the credit card company and had the charges reversed. The following month I received a charge for $99.00 on my account from the same company. I called and disputed that charge as well and had it reversed. I also told them not to let this company charge to my account anymore and Chase Visa told me, no problem.
Then next month I receive 5 emails saying they have posted a credit for $49.99 to my account. The next day there were 5 charges on my credit card each for $49.99 from smoking everywhere. I once again called my credit card company to dispute them and then I closed my account with them since they are unable to efficiently stop future charges. They said if I got a new card with a new number that the company charging my account could legally find the replacement card number and use that on instead. How can that be legal? Anyway, I wish someone would prosecute this company and put them out of business.
