Acuiforcemax Free trial ripoff

I returned the trial bills 12 days before my trial period expired. I was still charged for a one-month supply. Was told that I needed to fax my mailing receipt before I can receive a refund and on two separate occasions I was given an invalid fax number. They're telling me that the warehouse cannot process my return without my tracking number or mailing receipt.
