Ripoff by this "so-called" company

On 5/12/03 I ordered a pair of Super Mini Ear hearing aids for my elderly father. The check was cashed by this "so-called" company in the amount of $22.95 and as of yet I have never received them.
I then decided to see if this company was locatible on the internet when I ran across this site and needless to say, very irate. What kind of people rip off the financially challenged elderly out of a basic need in life—to HEAR!
I will attempt once again to contact the company with the telephone number found on this web site, and I am also pursuing this one step further and contacting my local Better Business Bureau, possibly to the point of contacting my attorney to shut these people down and try to recover damages.
